Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within five business day. Some items will take longer to ship.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
We use USPS to ship most items. Larger items will ship Fedex or UPS. Buyer can arrange to have items shipped by Fedex or UPS. Please contact in regards to this.
Items such as but not limited to magazines, parts kits, and accessories are regulated by certain States. Blue Mountain Supply LLC will NOT ship banned items to these States. If you place an order for an item that can't ship to your State, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on canceled orders. It is the buyers responsibility to know their local and state laws. Please email us with any questions.
We will not ship an order of a banned item to a state or city if there is any reason to believe the item will be sent to another country or banned state. We reserve the right the cancel any order.
Due to credit card fraud, the shipping and billing address must match, with expectation to firearms and NFA items (Shipping will be to the FFL). If prior arrangements have been made with Blue Mountain Supply LLC, we will ship to a different shipping/billing address.
We do not ship outside the United States. If an order is placed outside the United States, it will be canceled with no refund. If an order is placed with reason to believe it will be illegally exported to a foreign country and/or sent to a banned city/state, the order will be canceled with a 20% restocking fee along with the customer being banned from all future sales. This is true for items that are to be forwarded to banned cities/states.
Any order placed to a "shipping center, package forwarding facility, or any company that does similar business, we will require a photo ID before shipping. This is done to reduce products being shipped to banned states/cities/or outside the United States.
All orders with a insurance value under $500 will not require any type of signature. All items insured over $500 will require either indirect, direct, or adult signature. Buyer can request these for any order, but must email us this request before shipping. All firearms, suppressors, ammunition and any other regulated items will only ship Fedex or UPS and WILL have adult signature.
