We are unable to offer returns on any items that are used, pre-owned, trade-in, or anything other than new. New items returned must be in their original packaging and/or box. Items will not be accepted if packaging is damaged, missing, altered, used, packaging is not sealed, or has any damage to the item. We will not accept any new item that has been used for returns.  All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned that is either used or new that is damaged, used, altered, missing parts, packaging and/or damaged/opened will not be refunded. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost. We do not refund any taxes, shipping or insurance cost. Any item that is sent in error, wrong item shipped, must be returned within 7 days. Buyer must contact Blue Mountain Supply LLC before returning any item and receive a RMA number before shipping. We will not accept any returns 7 days past when the item is delivered per shipping company website. We will not accept returns due to item defects, factory blemishes, or any other issues from the manufacturer; see warranty section for more information.
