Blue Mountain Supply LLC reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason. Orders canceled at the request of the buyer will result in a 10% cancelation/restocking fee. Orders canceled by Blue Mountain Supply LLC due to errors with item description, item out of stock, wrong price listed, damage to item, or other reasons we determine will no result in a fee. Once an order is shipping and in the possession of the shipping company (Fedex, USPS, UPS), Blue Mountain Supply LLC is no longer responsible for the item. Blue Mountain Supply LLC will accept no responsibility if an item arrives damaged, late, or lost in transit. Buyer will only be refunded to the amount of insurance added at checkout. All orders include $100 of insurance. Any order requiring an FFL and/or SOT for transfer which the FFL and/or SOT is not received in 14 days, Blue Mountain Supply LLC reserves the right to cancel the order with 25% restocking fee. If an item is lost or damaged in transit or delivered to the wrong address, the buyer must request a claim be filed with the shipping company. Once the claim is completed, the buy will receive a refund for the full shipping charges and amount of insurance added to the order at checkout. If the buyer starts a charge back with their bank at anytime in the claim process, their account will be removed, and they will be banned from all future orders.
